If you are interested in buying in bulk, we offer the options of buying a whole, half, fourth, or eighth of a cow. This is a non-refundable deposit and would be counted towards your final order once available.
Typical cuts received for 1/4 of a cow include Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, Sirloin, London Broil, Chuck Roast, Beef Tips, Beef Stew, Ground Beef. We will contact you to finalize your order and inform you of when your beef is scheduled for processing.
Final price is based on the hanging weight of the cow. For 1/4 of a cow our price is $5.50/lb. Hanging weight is the weight of the meat after it has been dressed, but before it has been aged, cut, and packaged. For example, a 1/4 cow portion with a hanging weight of approximately 138 pounds would be $759 plus sales tax (138 lbs. x 5.50/lb.=$759). The actual amount of beef that ends up in your freezer will be different that the hanging weight. This is due to moisture loss, deboning, etc. during processing. These numbers and individual cuts received will vary based on individual animals.
